What to expect:
For the last 3 and a bit weeks, we’ve been making strides towards our goals. We’ve heavily embodied motion vs action, and may be feeling the effects of a routine.
I can say that I’ve definitely felt the routine kicking in. I wake up and think about how I’m achieving the Sprint 1 daily ticks:
30 minutes for my body
Read 10 pages
Daily plan
And it feels automatic. Now it’s time to enter Sprint 2 by adding a new daily tick.
