I am the self-proclaimed financial hot girl and one of the things I heavily encourage is value-based spending.

One of my undeniable values is convenience when it comes to my wellness. In most recent months, some of my most expensive purchases have been into wellness related tech.

I haven’t regretted anything so far BUT… I still stand by investing into the smaller & cheaper version of your habits before you take the plunge financially.
